1969 MATTEL Baby Dancerina Ballerina doll box music Instructions RARE Vintage

  
This lovely 1969 Mattel Baby Dancerina is in great condition for its age. Although the top of the box was torn, you can still enjoy all the wonderful pictures. According to the box, it is 11 inches tall, but that does not take into account the crown. It comes with instructions on how to play with the doll, no batteries required. The 33 1/2 RPM album plays selections from the Nutcracker Suite.

A Mattel registration card is also included. The outfit shows a little aging, which is normal for a vintage doll, but it is great condition.
