C1890s Stella Grand #168 Swiss Hand Crank Carved Mahogany Table Top Music Box

  

All photographs are part of the description. Here is the sought after Stella Model 168 "Grand" table top music box from Mermod Brothers, made in the late 1890s. It measures 29 inches long, 22 inches wide and is 14 inches tall.

There is some gatoring of the finish on the front feet (pictured) and a few small nicks along the top rail in back, also pictured. I was able to remove the plate covering the combs and added photos. It is marked Stella, and has a celluloid tag inside from the retailer. It also contains early patent dates, and the model number, see photos.
