Capodimonte like ceramic flowers in basket! These have a ceramic, "Get Well Soon" hang tag.

Music box works perfectly and plays, "Spoonful Of Sugar". Measures 5" wide, about 6" tall and is 3 around on the bottom.

There are no chips or cracks on this piece. Is a bit dusty and could use some cleaning. Very cute and rare piece by the San Francisco Music Box Company! We have a smoke free home. Thanks so much for stopping by and Good Luck!
