KISS Black Box 1978 Solo Album Radio PROMO/AUCOIN Signed Ace & Paul Rare. Offered is a copy of the extremely rare, 1978 "Black Box" KISS solo albums cassette interview package that was sent as a promotional items to radio stations. The two sided cassette features comments from each band member about a song on their album.

The radio personality would then make up a question and play the cassette, as if the KISS member was right there in the studio. The package measures approximately 5 inches across by 7 1/4 inches long and has the KISS name on the front and side of the box.

When the box is opened, side 1 of the cassette is shown and the contents listed: an introduction, interviews with Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. The reverse side features the same for Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. You will notice some yellowing of the labeling on the cassette, which is common due to its age. The package also includes a full color card with mini pictures of each band member, a 12 page booklet entitled. "The KISS albums, ", which contains biographies and a full page photo of each band member, with an album discography on the back, and and 8 page booklet.

This set is signed four times by Paul and once by Ace. This set was also owned by Howard Marks, who is a former KISS business manager and advertising executive who also co-wrote "Charisma" off of the Dynasty album. The set has been stored in a "Cloud Covet Note Paper" protective box.

The black writing in the photos is on the protective box. The Black Box set only has Paul and Ace signings in white paint pen.
